Harold George #12: Get The Heck OUT of here!

Feel Free to chime in. My take on The OUT Force has met with some challenges. The first being that I can't remember what these guys did, and as I am drawing it becomes hard for me to give them their appropriate uniforms. My only solution at this point is to rewrite their storyline and in doing so, the characters might change considerably. I don't know what the second is.
