The Funnicks #105: The Watcher

Not everyone has the brain capacity that Sam has and this includes Leroy. He's just not quite there when it comes to the common sense element. But let's be real. I'm sure you know people just like this in your lives, and although I would not want to get you in trouble posting their names  on the internet, I would ask you to comment on the stupidest thing this person or persons you know have done. Who knows, I may use the idea (with your permission of course) for a Funnicks strip.
